we rented it from netflix-steve buscemi and janeane garofalo among other great cameos.
the guy who plays artie the superhero is the same guy who did the 90s mtv commercials where he's in s&m gear and talking to a goat; also the alchoholic limo driver who sends larry david to pick up john macenroe in the last season of curb.

the music was fucking great in that show, and the guest spots -- wasn't iggy pop a regular? i've got to find the dvds...
and curb -- will there be a season 7?
yeah - i think iggy pop was the little girl's dad! she eventually had a show and nickelodeon film of her own, i think...
and buscemi was ellen's dad, the teacher, or something
